Biography
Ruwin Langmann, a coachman, was born on 3 November 1895 in Kaunas. He married Ite Turets there on 12 August 1918, and they had three children — Judisch, Beinesh and Riva. By 1925 the family lived at 23 Vaisių Street, Kaunas. He applied for an internal passport in Kaunas on 7 June 1920, and again in December 1929 and November 1937. He is believed to have died between June 1941 and August 1944, during the German occupation of Kaunas; the place of his death is not recorded.
