Biography
Pinkus Olstein, also recorded as Pinkus Olsztajn, was born on 20 February 1916 in Zgierz, where an identity certificate was issued to him in July 1926. By 1939 he was co-owner of an iron wholesale business in Łódź, where he was last resident, at Sienkiewicza Street 7, in 1941. On 30 December 1941 he married Chana Estrajcher in Łódź. He died at the Bergen-Belsen displaced persons camp on 9 May 1945, shortly after its liberation.
